By first creating a holistic VISION for your home, determining specifically what to add and take away, our expertise allows us to choose the right sources for your project efficiently and within your budget, not wasting your time, energy, and money.
What’s your style?
We are skilled in any style preferred by our clients. It is their home and our design will reflect them in a beautiful, scaled, and balanced expression of that style. For our own home, we have a collected, curated design style with rich colors and a focus on art and accessories.
What happens during my Discovery Call?
We’ll get to know each other by going over your answers to the Design Journey Prompts and with current photos. We’ll discuss your goals, your budget, timeframe, and scope of your project. At the end of the call you’ll know exactly your project’s Design Fee for our services.

Do you work with my existing furnishings?
Of course, especially those with sentimental ties and excellent-quality pieces
Can I upgrade to a different service once we begin working together?
Yes. We will determine next steps and amend our design services agreement to reflect the chanage.
Once I decide to work with you, what is the first step?
Complete the Design Journey Prompts. We created the Design Journey Prompts for clarity about your transition, your goals, how your home functions for you, and what you need to transform your home and elevate your life. Please refer to our Services page for more information.
What do I need to provide to get started ?
Once you submit the Design Journey Prompts, email photos, videos, room dimensions, furniture dimensions, and inspiration photos for your home.
Do I need to pay the total Project Design Fee upfront?
Yes. You are taking the MOST valuable step in transforming your home — developing a clear VISION that will guide the implementation of the final design. With an upfront investment of design service time to develop the VISION for your project, our policy requires design fees to be paid when service is purchased.
What is your customer satisfaction policy?
With clear expectations and communication at the beginning of our journey together, we mitigate potential dissatisfaction with the outcome of our services. We have delighted clients for years with our creativity and organized approach to designing homes. Interior design is a very personal journey and we are privileged to be invited into that process with our clients. We work to ensure every detail is successfully completed and will continue to work with you to that end. Please thoughtfully identify your concerns and we will address them in our initial Discovery Call. Design fees incurred are non-refundable.
Do you supply a general contractor?
Our creative talents are best suited to developing the vision for your home and lifestyle. While we make recommendations and select materials for renovations, you will interview and hire the contractor you want to execute the vision.
