When you choose the MTI Procurement Process, our team takes control of ordering, tracking, delivery, and installation of all client approved products and services. 

1). MTI places orders with all vendors and subcontractors and makes vendor payments

2).  Once notification is received, MTI begins Shipment Tracking of products

3).  Products are Received and Inspected for Damage; Claims are filed when necessary and remedy is initiated

4). MTI Schedules Deliveries to your home

5). MTI Schedules Installations
