I used Mitchell Thompson Interiors to update my master bathroom and kitchen. I was really stuck on which direction to go with my projects and was going to settle for things I really didn't want, but after they got involved, I was encouraged to take the risks I wanted and they developed a plan that I love! When we went to pick out tile, I was so thrilled with the choices that I teared up because I couldn't believe I could have a bathroom that could look so beautiful. I like working with Diane and Roy because they listen to what I like and are able to deliver a design in my liking, but yet something I would never choose for myself.
Roy and Diane did an outstanding job on our master bath and closet remodel! The color and material selection was excellent. Roy and Diane helped us resolve selection roadblocks through recommendations of products that blended well in our particular setting and were cost effective. They also were not afraid to step in to resolve contractor issues that they felt were not up to their expectations before we had to step in; and they helped us remain on our schedule and maintain realistic progress payment expectations. This was the 3rd time we worked with Diane and it will not be the last. Highly recommended+++
